The Fund will provide a Loan Facility to Encore Living Paynesville, supporting them in the development and construction of a 93-villa gated lifestyle retirement village.

The Encore Living Group team has over 35 years of combined experience in:

• Designing and constructing communities that provide residents with a sense of well-being in a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment to enhance their retirement.  

• Maintaining and managing high quality gated retirement communities.

Encore Living Paynesville have secured the land and appropriate licences for the proposed retirement village. Capitalising on the increasing demand for choice in quality retirement housing, The Fund Manager expects to deliver consistent, sustainable returns over the term of the Project. 

Note that an investment in The Fund comprises an indirect investment in the Loan made to Encore Living Paynesville from which it is intended that investors will derive the Target Return.
